Refund & Replacement Policy (For Resellers)

Thank you for selling with Zambeel. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and want your customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. This policy explains our guidelines and procedures for processing refunds and replacement. By selling a product through our website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

Zambeel recommends a standard refund and replacement policy for all its partner stores ( implementation of the above policy will have a cash-neutral impact on you which means that you won’t be charged for any replacements.

Product Listing: 

Furthermore, to minimize instances of bad customer experience, please make sure that in your creatives you do not advertise features that the product does not have. Also please make sure the product SKU list (Variant, Color and Size) which is mentioned on Zambeel, is the same advertised on the store.  Additionally, it's important to price the product at a reasonable point so as the customer has realistic expectations from the product being delivered.

Warehousing Service:

Zambeel shall not be held legally liable for any losses, damages, or destruction of inventory during storage, unless such loss results from the willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Refund and Replacement:
In case you want to have a customized returns and refunds policy please find the costs below:-

Replacement in the case of a non-faulty product or after 3 days of delivery

If you initiate a product replacement where Zambeel has established that the product does not have faults or the 3-days deadline for replacement has expired, the following costs will be charged to you for the replacement operations

Zambeel does not have a refund policy. If due to any reason, you want to initiate a refund the following costs will be charged to you:-

Fulfillment and shipping cost of the initial order: 16 AED

Cost of product pickup and refund: 11 AED

Please note that in the case of refund the sale amount of that transaction will be reversed from your account.


Special Case Refund

In certain circumstances when dealing with a security risk Zambeel will initiate a refund for the customer. In those cases, Zambeel will bear the cost of refund but the sale amount of that transaction will be reversed from your account. These cases happen rarely but in case they do, they will be mentioned in your weekly payment invoice.
